Q: How do i sign up?

A: Membership is FREE but you must hold a valid marijuana/ marihuana prescription, be 19+ years of age, and have a Canadian shipping address.

Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?

A: Vancity Organics only ships to Canadian addresses.

 

Q: Are prices in Canadian Dollars?

A: Yes, all prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars.

 

Q: What are VanCity Organics hours of operation?

A: We are open 24/7 but since the post offices are open Mon-Fri from 9am to 4pm PST we can only ship orders during these times.

 

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A:  Only email transfers are accepted at this time. After your purchase confirmation is received you must e-mail transfer total sum to vcopayment@gmail.com, with the answer to the security question being, “vco”(without quotes).

 

Q: How do I Send an email transfer?

A: If you use online banking with a Canadian bank/credit union, then sending an Interac e-transfer takes just a couple of minutes.

Q: How long does it take for my package to arrive?

A: Deliveries to western Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) arrive within 24-48hrs, during business days. Deliveries to the rest of Canada arrive within 72hrs. All our packages come with guaranteed on time delivery, package tracking, and a $200 liability coverage. We guarantee the delivery of the product by evidence of the tracking number. Q: Is the transaction secure?

A: VanCity Organics has taken every possible precaution to ensure that your personal information is handled in the most secure manner possible.

 

Q: How do you package my product?

A: All marijuana products are double vacuum sealed for guaranteed odour-less shipment and placed in standard Canada Post Xpresspost envelopes with no branding for discreet delivery. Your shipment will look like any other package the postman delivers.

 

Q: Is ordering through VanCity Organics legal?

A: Ordering is legal as long as you meet the age requirement, hold a valid canadian marijuana/ marihuana prescription, and reside in Canada.

 

Q: How often are new products added?

A: We are always looking for premium strains to add to our inventory. Please follow us on social media to find out the latest product releases from VanCity Organics.

 

Q: What if my package goes missing?

A: After payment is received and shipment is processed all customers receive a tracking number. Tracking numbers are accessible within 24-72 hours after the package has been shipped.  At times, delays at Canada Post may result in the package being delivered even before the tracking number is uploaded onto the site. If you do not receive your package within 4 business days, please contact us at info@vancityorganics.com and we will follow up with it for you. Any orders confirmed “Missing” valued at $300.00 or under will be resent. Your address must be correctly filled. We are not responsible if the shipment was made to an address which was incorrectly filled out.

 

Q: I don’t have a Canadian shipping address, can i still purchase?

A: Sorry we can ONLY ship to a Canadian address.

 

 Q: What happens if my order is too large for my mailbox?

A: It will be delivered to the nearest Canada Post location.
